Frequently Asked Questions
Support Coordination is a funded service that helps participants understand their plan, connect with suitable providers, and coordinate their supports effectively.
It’s available to NDIS participants whose plan includes “Support Coordination” or “Specialist Support Coordination.” Your LAC or planner can confirm this.
Support Coordinators help you implement and manage services. Plan Managers handle financial transactions and invoicing. Some participants have both for full flexibility.
