What’s included in 24/7 Care?

24/7 Care includes core supports such as assistance with daily living and community access, plus complex clinical care like tracheostomy or PEG management when required. We regularly support participants with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, dementia, complex mental health, autism and intellectual disability.

Is 24/7 Care available in both home and accommodation settings?

Yes. Olesuke provides round-the-clock support in private homes as well as Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Individualised Living Options (ILO).

Can nursing and support staff coordinate together?
